Kiki Schippers and band

People who saw her before already know it: Kiki and her band are synonym for firework! The winner of the Annie M.G. Schmidt-award treats her audience with ‘musical pearls’ (Telegraaf), ‘a voice like a luxury racer’ (Parool). With a great variety of songs in her pocket and accompanied by some great musicians, she sings about the world in a vulnerable, witty and intense way. The result: a one-off concert!

You may know Kiki Schippers from the Dutch satirical radioshow Spijkers met Koppen and columns in the AD newspaper. She already received several nominations for ‘het beste theaterlied’ and you might have seen her as well on the Dutch television show De Vooravond,. Where she commented - in her typical musical way - on various press-conferences and ‘Prinsjesdag’.

Kiki Schippers will be accompanied by her band: Rolf Verbaant (guitar), Korné ter Steege (bass), Jelle Huiberts (drums) and Lennart van Dijk (bass).
